Workforce has partnered with a new international manufacturer that is starting its operations at our market. They are building their initial team and are looking for a professional who will join them in Niš and help set up the HR function at the role of:

HR Business Partner

(Niš)

 

Job Description:

  • Coordinate and support workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, and retention activities in line with defined HR processes
  • Support talent management processes, including participation in talent reviews, basic succession planning activities, learning and development initiatives, and performance management cycles
  • Manage and execute the recruitment process for assigned positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordination with hiring managers
  • Support the communication and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and internal guidelines
  • Conduct employee onboarding and offboarding processes in accordance with company procedures
  • Support career planning and employee development initiatives through administrative and operational activities
  • Enroll new employees in company systems, benefits, and HR procedures and provide guidance on HR-related topics
  • Support labor relations activities by promoting a positive, productive, and cohesive work environment aligned with company values and culture
  • Act as the first point of contact for employees’ day-to-day HR-related inquiries
  • Support compliance with local labor law requirements and internal HR procedures, in cooperation with external partners or senior HR.
  • Contribute to employer branding and candidate experience initiatives, including job postings, career page content, and recruitment-related communications.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation and support basic HR analytics and reporting (headcount, turnover, recruitment metrics).
  • Prepare regular and ad hoc HR reports and documentation as required

Requirements:

  • 3–5 years of experience as an HR Generalist or HR Business Partner
  • University degree or college degree
  • Experience in HR administration and knowledge of recruitment proceses
  • Intermediate level of English
  • Ability to independently manage onboarding processes
  • Experience in coordinating with third-party vendors and recruitment agencies
  • Good to have: strategic planning and decision-making skills
