Workforce, for our client, a construction company engaged in the design and construction of industrial and commercial buildings, is looking for a candidate for the position:

                                                                                                                          Project Manager

Location 1: Croatia

Location 2: Serbia

Job description:

  • Reviews contracts, offers, and defines the organizational structure for each active construction site.
  • Visits all active sites on a regular basis to ensure works are performed in line with permits, project documentation, legal requirements, and technical standards.
  • Monitors the quality of works, subcontractor performance, and compliance with regulations, procedures, and company standards.
  • Coordinates with Site Managers regarding current and planned activities, work execution timelines, technical issues, and project progress.
  • Supports the resolution of disputes related to completed works, subcontractor claims, and discrepancies in construction records.
  • Verifies the quality and documentation of installed materials, equipment, and systems, including certificates, attestations, and test reports.
  • Reviews checklists and reports for hidden works such as foundations, reinforcement, formwork, and insulation to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Provides guidance to Site Managers in cases of deviations from project plans and supports compliance with legal and technical requirements.
  • Tracks project timelines, deadlines, subcontractor engagement, and overall site performance, while maintaining updated progress reports and site overviews.
  • Cooperates with designers, Site Managers, and contractors to resolve design deviations, technical challenges, and improve project execution.
  • Communicates with clients during site visits to assess satisfaction levels and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Prepares regular reports, maintains accurate project documentation, and contributes to process improvements, business organization, and compliance with company policies, safety, environmental, and ethical standards.

 

Qualifications:

  • Finished faculty of civil engineering or faculty of architecture:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience at similiar projects
  • Active knowledge of english language
  • Driver Licence B
