Retail Marketing Assistant

(Temporary Position)

Job Description

  • Provide administrative and operational support to the Retail Marketing team in the execution of daily activities and projects
  • Collect, process and analyze market data, including market shares, pricing, product assortment and share of shelf
  • Prepare reports and business analyses to monitor market trends and identify growth opportunities
  • Support the development and monitoring of priority product assortments by market and retail environment
  • Assist in developing and adapting planograms in collaboration with relevant teams
  • Collect, process and standardize data from external market research reports and customer databases
  • Support the implementation of established marketing strategies and selected projects, while monitoring their progress
  • Coordinate information flow and collaborate with internal teams, business partners and customers to support Retail Marketing activities and initiatives.
  • Perform other administrative, operational and marketing-related tasks as assigned by the manager

 

Qualifications

  • College or university degree
  • 1–3 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in an international company or in marketing, trade marketing, sales or a related commercial field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Sheets, Slides and Docs), with experience in data analysis and reporting
  • Advanced proficiency in English
