Supply Chain Intern

Workforce has partnered with Ecolab, the global leader in water, hygiene, and infection prevention services that protect people and vital resources, to support its expansion. We are looking for Supply Chain Intern, in Belgrade, for a period of 12 months.

• Communicating with customs and preparing documentation for the process
• Entering data and documents into the local system
• Participating in the forecasting process
• Gathering offers and organizing the transport of goods
• Managing supply chain-related documentation
• Supporting the stock management process
• Coordinating with the warehouse to ensure goods delivery and send relevant documents

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field (including recent graduates and undergraduates)
• Preferable previous internship experience/entry-level job
• Basic understanding of supply chain principles and logistics
• High-level proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Microsoft Excel
• Fluent in both spoken and written English
