Job Description:

  • Prepares and coordinates construction projects, including planning resources, materials, and subcontractor engagement
  • Analyzes project documentation and defines technical solutions
  • Prepares requests for proposals, participates in bids, and drafts contracts
  • Procures and coordinates materials, equipment, and services
  • Monitors work progress on site, ensuring compliance with project plans and quality standards
  • Manages construction records, prepares interim and final reports
  • Controls and approves reports from subcontractors
  • Resolves discrepancies and technical challenges during execution
  • Creates, updates, and archives technical and project documentation
  • Applies quality, environmental, and occupational health and safety standards
  • Suggests process improvements to enhance project efficiency

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or another technical field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in technical preparation in construction
  • Knowledge of construction processes, execution technology, and materials
  • Experience with proposals, contracts, and work cost calculations
  • Active knowledge of English
  • Driving license (Category B)
