Job Description

For our client, an international real estate developer, we are looking for a talented WEB DESIGNER  to join the team and work on web projects across different countries and markets within the Group.

 

This is a hands-on role for someone who will both design and build websites, taking projects from initial concept and visual design through to implementation, launch, and ongoing maintenance. You will work closely with Marketing and technical teams to create engaging, functional, and visually consistent digital experiences across the Group’s portfolio.

KEY RESPONSIBILITES:

• Responsible for all sales contracts being signed, according to the agreed schedule

• Preparing the sales contract, when needed, and all relevant documentation along with the contract

• Responsible for the contracts content accuracy

• Providing legal interpretation of the sales contract with a high level of customer satisfaction

• Maintaining regular communication with notary offices in order to schedule the signing of the sales contracts

• Maintaining contact with clients and reminds them of their rights and obligations in accordance with the signed contract

• Assisting the Sales Advisor during the reservation contract signing with the client

• Working closely with the Sales Support Team, Sales Director, Sales Managers and Sales Advisors

• Preparing regular reports about the number of signed contracts

• Archiving documentation and contracts

 

What we are looking for

 

  • Proven experience in web design and website building, with a strong portfolio of completed website projects.
  • Strong proficiency in Figma and experience designing website layouts and UI components.
  • Hands-on experience with WordPress and website development/implementation.
  • Strong understanding of responsive design, web usability, and digital best practices.
  • Good knowledge of typography, layout, visual hierarchy, and web-focused graphic design.
  • A strong visual eye and the ability to translate premium brand identities into engaging digital experiences.
  • Experience creating and adapting visual assets specifically for digital environments.
  • Ability to work across multiple projects, brands, and markets while maintaining consistency and attention to detail.
  • Strong collaboration skills and an execution-focused approach.
  • Fluency in English.

 

 

Nice to have

 

  • Experience working on real estate, hospitality, lifestyle, or other visually driven brands.
  • Experience with motion graphics or animation for web.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS or other web development tools.
  • Experience working in an international or multi-market environment.
